Cancellation policy - We pack orders from the warehouse every day except Tuesday at 5 pm. If we receive your cancellation request before the goods are packed, we will initiate a full refund. No questions asked.

Return policy - We record the conditions of the goods at the time of packing. We request you to do the same during unboxing your order so there is no room for ambiguity. Moto Madness is not responsible for any transit damage as that responsibility lies solely with the delivery partner.
