AGV Helmet Warranty Policy

​

At  Moto Madness , we are committed to ensuring that every AGV helmet sold through our authorized channels meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all AGV helmets purchased in India through our official channels.

1. Warranty Eligibility

  • AGV helmets come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • To activate the warranty, the customer must register the product on www.motomadness.in/warranty within 7 days of purchase.

  • Helmets bought on discounts, or from unauthorized sources (including marketplaces and resellers) are not eligible for warranty.​

2. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, specifically related to:

  • The outer shell, EPS liner, or retention system (chinstrap, buckle).

  • The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the affected part or helmet at the sole discretion of Moto Madness.

  • If the same model or graphic is unavailable, an equivalent replacement will be provided.

  • Refunds are not applicable under warranty claims.​

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, or drops.

  • Color fading, peeling, or surface wear caused by exposure to sunlight, rain, or UV rays.

  • Scratches on the visor or helmet shell, softening or discoloration of inner padding, or breakage of attachments (nose deflector, vent, ratchet, etc.).

  • Damage resulting from Use of aftermarket accessories or modifications, including but not limited to spoilers, visors, Bluetooth devices,cameras, stickers, or light attachments. Damage to EPS or inner components caused during such installations.

  • Wear and tear from regular use, or damage due to improper maintenance or storage (e.g., mold formation inside the helmet).

  • Subjective issues like comfort, size, fit, noise, or aerodynamics, which do not constitute manufacturing defects.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim:

1. Email warranty@motomadness.in with the subject line

Warranty Claim – [Your Name].

2. Attach the following:

Clear  photographs of the affected area(s).

Copy of the original purchase invoice.

3. Claims submitted via social media platforms or WhatsApp will not be accepted.

All claims are subject to inspection by Moto Madness .

Approval or rejection will be communicated after verification.

5. Important Notes

  • Customers are advised to inspect the product thoroughly at the time of purchase, as Moto Madness is not liable for cosmetic damage noticed later.

  • The warranty is valid only in India and non-transferable.

  • Moto Madness reserves the right to update or amend this policy without prior notice.

Dainese Product Warranty Policy

 

At Moto Madness , we take pride in being the official distributor for Dainese Italy in India. Every Dainese product is engineered to the highest safety and performance standards. This warranty policy ensures our customers receive full support in the rare event of a manufacturing defect.

 

1. Warranty Eligibility

Dainese products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Purchases from authorized Moto Madness dealers are eligible if supported by a valid tax invoice.

Products purchased at discounts, clearance sales, or from unauthorized dealers or platforms (including marketplaces or resellers) are not eligible for warranty.

 

2. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, such as:

Defective zippers, stitching, fasteners, that fail under normal use.

Structural issues in protectors, sliders, or armor housings that affect safety performance.

Premature seam failure or faulty material adhesion on factory-applied logos or panels.

At the discretion of Moto Madness, affected products will be repaired or replaced with an identical or equivalent model.

If the same product is unavailable, an alternate variant of equivalent value may be provided.

Refunds are not applicable under warranty claims.

 

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Wear and tear due to normal usage or aging (fading, discoloration, softening, or loosening of fabric/leather).

Damage from accidents, falls, or impacts, even if the gear was worn correctly.

Improper maintenance, washing, or storage (e.g., mold, cracking, or corrosion due to moisture).

Damage caused by heat, chemicals, fuel spills, or sunlight exposure.

Modifications, alterations, or use of non-original parts/accessories (e.g., replacing armor, stitching alterations).

Zipper breakage due to forceful handling or contamination by dirt or sand.

Subjective issues like comfort, fit, size, ventilation, or thermal performance, which are not manufacturing defects.

 

4. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Email warranty@motomadness.in with the subject line

Warranty Claim – [Your Name].

2. Attach:

Clear photographs of the product and the affected area(s).

Copy of the original purchase invoice.

Warranty registration confirmation (if applicable).

3. Claims submitted via social media platforms or WhatsApp will not be accepted.

Each claim will be inspected by Moto Madness, and approval/rejection will be communicated after verification.

No replacement or credit will be processed before inspection and approval.

 

5. Important Notes

Customers are advised to inspect the product thoroughly at the time of purchase, as cosmetic damage or minor manufacturing variances cannot be claimed later.

Warranty is non-transferable and valid only within India.

Moto Madness reserves the right to amend or update this policy without prior notice.

Dainese products purchased outside India are not covered under this policy.

Shipping And Cancellation

Shipping policy - Free shipping on all orders above Rs.10,000. Standard delivery time of 3-5 working days, to request a faster shipping method kindly contact the store after placing your order.

Cancellation policy - We pack orders from the warehouse every day except Tuesday at 5 pm. If we receive your cancellation request before the goods are packed, we will initiate a full refund. No questions asked.

Returns and Refunds

​

Return policy - We record the conditions of the goods at the time of packing. We request you to do the same during unboxing your order so there is no room for ambiguity. Moto Madness is not responsible for any transit damage as that responsibility lies solely with the delivery partner. In case of a size change, we will ship out the correct size to you after receiving the wrong one in perfect condition. The shipping charges for this exchange will be borne by the customer.

 

Refund policy - Moto Madness does not have an active refund policy and every case will be treated on its individual merit.
