Cancellation policy - We pack orders from the warehouse every day except Tuesday at 5 pm. If we receive your cancellation request before the goods are packed, we will initiate a full refund. No questions asked.

Return policy - We record the conditions of the goods at the time of packing. We request you to do the same during the unboxing of your order so there is no room for ambiguity. Moto Madness is not responsible for any transit damage, as that responsibility lies solely with the delivery partner. In case of a size change, we will ship out the correct size to you after receiving the wrong one in perfect condition. The shipping charges for this exchange will be borne by the customer.
